A premier law firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with 5-7 years of experience to join its Labor & Employment team in San Francisco. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes class and PAGA litigation matters while advising clients on complex federal and state employment laws.
Key Responsibilities :
- Defend class and representative actions, including PAGA litigation
- Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery requests
- Prepare and argue motions, conduct depositions
- Provide employment counseling on state and federal regulations
- Trial experience is a plus but not required
What You Bring :
Juris Doctorate (JD) required
Active California Bar license
Strong research, writing, and litigation skills
Experience in employment law and complex litigation
Compensation & Benefits :
Competitive salary range : $225,000 - $265,000
