Take & defend depositions
Attend hearings, court appearances
Opportunity to also work in business litigation if desired
Prior experience in plaintiff employment law, class action, OR wage and hour, PAGA / FLSA
Strong writing skills
CA licensure

130k - $180k base salary DOE; discretionary annual bonus potential up to $10k
Remote OR hybrid position based on YOUR working preference (offices in Bay Area & LA)
