The jist...

Life’s too short to not work someplace awesome and we work in-person and virtually with awesome kids every day!!! If you have tons of energy, love kids and are looking for a way to give back to your community, you may be the person we are looking for!

Our ideal candidate is warm, happy, energetic, loves kids, and is capable of inspiring others to achieve! He or she must be extremely comfortable with public speaking, and with holding and working with infants. A willingness to be silly and act like a dinosaur on the regular is an added plus!

NOTE: We don't hire seasonal employees. However, we do offer amazing flexible scheduling options for our student & part-time team members, to ensure their scholastic needs and goals are met and supported after the summer camp fun has ended. We invest heavily in the training and development of a team our amazing students and families can rely on season after season. We also regularly travel to retreats, conventions, and regional training programs to ensure that when our team members move on, they take an amazing resume with them! Still interested... What we expect from our amazing team members…

• Have an outstanding personality - in-person, and on camera - literally the most important thing we look for. You must be ready to be the most exciting thing in the room!
• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!)
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
• Follow all of the safety precautions and protocols we have in place for you, at all times. We work hard every day to make sure our employees and families stay safe, and we want you to be a part of that!
• Party like a Rockstar…errr HOST a party like a Rockstar and hang late night with awesome kids while their parents get some much needed ‘adult time’.

You’d fit in here if…

• You’re totally open to being a goofball, love being silly for a good cause, and love giving high 5’s. (A background in child development, physical education and/or dance, karate, or CHEER/GYMNASTICS helps as well).
• You live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good.
• Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too.
• You were voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school class mates.
• You love to have fun but you know when to buckle down and do work.
• You are a team player, and want to work in a place where we love each other like family.

What we expect from you…

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!) both in person, and virtually in live zoom classes.
• Lead awesome adventures, filled with imagination, friendship building fun, and awesome experiences, during our camps, Babysitting Nights, and other special classes and events!
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
• Party like a Rockstar…errr HOST a party like a Rockstar and hang late night with awesome kids while their parents get some much needed ‘adult time’.
• All of our team members do our part, from the part time camp counselor, to the directors and owner, to ensure that we provide a clean and healthy environment for our families, every minute of every day.

Qualifications

• Whether you have years of gymnastics, cheer or sports experience, or just an amazing willingness to learn and teach others, we probably have an awesome place for you as long as the following describes you:
• You're outgoing, can command an audience, and love to use your imagination;
• you love kids;
• you are motivate to motivate others to success;
• you're a team player;
• you love kids... no really... YOU MUST LOVE WORKING WITH KIDS!
