Inside Sales Specialist

Help us work with our customers to sell beautiful lighting out of (mostly) metal and glass. Small company, but very active with just a few very friendly people. Looking for more help doing everything from entering orders, product tech support, quotes and returns.

Wonderful job for an experienced person who is interested in design and technology and wants a wide variety of tasks, sometimes new and challenging, from day-to-day. Experience with technical inside sales (or customer service) and has the desire to work with the team to grow the business. Can train. One day remote work per week to start. Up to two days remote work per week after probationary period complete. Will provide daily bridge toll expense.

The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Provide sales support; cultivates relationships with current and prospective clients
• Provide customer support; including entering orders, technical product support & answering phones
• Support the planning and implementation of customer events, trade shows and travel
• Edit and/or create marketing materials and editing web site

Preferred education and experience:

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in Communications or Marketing
• At least three years' experience in marketing technical products
• 3 Years in the lighting industry a plus
• Strong interest in design and architecture
• Experience with social media
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Power Point, Word &Excel)
