WHAS Crusade for Children
The Brand/Production Manager is a full-time, exempt position reporting directly to the Crusade’s Vice President for Planning and Operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the creative direction of the Crusade brand, ensuring consistency across all platforms. Key responsibilities include managing logo design and application, developing on-air promotions and off-channel multiplatform creative, producing print collateral, designing social media assets, and shaping the overall on-air and digital brand aesthetic. In collaboration with all Crusade departments, this position ensures a consistent and cohesive brand message. The Brand/Production Manager also directs the weekly Moral Side of the News public affairs program and Crusade weekend events, in addition to supporting daily operations and special events.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Director of Marketing in setting the creative vision for the brand and translating marketing objectives into clear creative campaigns
- Ability to translate strategy into creative concepts and campaigns that deliver a clear message
- Work with Director of Marketing to publicize/promote Crusade events
- Serve as Crusade brand manager, graphic artist, & designer
- Help lead production of the annual 31-hour Crusade weekend telethon, including directing large portions of the program while assisting the Program Producer with all aspects of Firefighter Saturday, the variety show, overnight studio experience, and Crusade Sunday - live from Studio H.
- Direct weekly Moral Side of the News program
- Assist Program Producer in creating Crusade feature stories, promotional spots, and video presentations for multiplatform use
- Assist with directing, producing, and planning of special events
- Other duties as assigned by CEO
- An intimate understanding of video and graphic design
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize, work independently, manage time effectively, and follow through on tasks/responsibilities
- Ability to design, produce, shoot, write, and edit for video applications
- Great visual aesthetic judgment
- Proven ability to interact with the public on multiple levels
- Self-motivated, flexible, and able to multitask a varied workload
- Demonstrated attention to detail and quality
- Must be flexible and able to deal with occasionally varied work hours
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or related area
- Minimum experience of five years in broadcast design, videography, photography, writing, editing, directing, and producing
- Working knowledge of non-linear video edit systems
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud suite of products
