- Maintain accurate records of fragrance formulations and client interactions.
- Source high-quality raw materials and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Stay updated on fragrance industry trends, innovations, and regulatory changes.
- Participate in product testing and sensory analysis to refine fragrance profiles.
- Provide training and support to team members on fragrance-related topics.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a perfumer or in a related field within the fragrance industry.
- Strong understanding of scent composition, olfactory perception, and raw materials.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Creative mindset with a keen sense of smell and attention to detail.
