Operations Support Specialist

Established HVAC Filter Service Company, seeking a person for
Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator at our new branch in Hutto TX.

Job Duties:

• Must have a valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
• Operate small power tools and accurately read and understand measurements.
• Be punctual, dependable, and responsible.
• Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Make independent decisions as needed.
• Coordinate and perform general warehouse shipping and receiving tasks.
• Manage inventory levels by conducting weekly inventory checks and placing stock orders.
• Review minimum stock levels and turnover rates periodically.
• Maintain stock of warehouse supplies (e.g., trash bags, tape, markers).
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming freight; unload trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Check received items against packing lists and organize stock appropriately.
• Assemble, pull, and prepare invoice orders for Service Technician routes, customer pickups, and deliveries.
• Box and label pleated filters; ensure custom (made-to-order) filters are prepared accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including the production area.
• Assist with vehicle inspection and basic maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Performance Requirements

• Warehouse experience, 1 year (preferred).
• Shipping & Receiving, experience, 1 year (preferred).
• Forklift operator experience (preferred).
• Experience with pallet jacks and inventory software (preferred).
• Driving experience with cargo vans (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and the ability to learn new software programs.
• Strong communication skills to convey procedures and policies effectively.
• Self-starter with the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and make independent decisions.
• Able to perform physical tasks such as standing, stooping, crawling, walking, reaching, pushing, and pulling objects.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs., reach overhead, bend, and squat.
• Carry and climb ladders up to 20 feet.
• Comfortable working in various types of weather.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Full-time: 40 hours per week.

Pay

• $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (starting salary based on experience).
