Job Description :
We are seeking an AI Business Analyst to support the AI team by managing business requirements, intake requests, and project deliverables. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to define functional requirements, support testing efforts, and drive the adoption of AI tools and solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage intake requests for new AI projects and business-related AI initiatives.
- Identify and gather necessary information to complete intake requests and manage demand in LPM (SNOW) .
- Collaborate with business teams to define detailed functional requirements for assigned projects.
- Work with QA teams to establish clear acceptance criteria for each project or request.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure business teams validate AI implementations.
- Assist the AI development team by providing clarity on business requirements and functional specifications.
- Define and measure key outcomes of AI projects and service requests to assess their impact.
- Create and deliver training materials to help business users effectively adopt AI platforms, tools, and capabilities.
