We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant to provide ITIL-compliant support and enhancement services for a high-complexity Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solution with add-ons. The role requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting, stakeholder coordination, and leading a technical team to resolve critical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide ITIL-compliant support and enhancement services for Maximo (7.6 & MAS 8.x).
- Collaborate with internal and third-party stakeholders to resolve critical system issues .
- Assign and oversee daily tasks for the technical team while ensuring timely resolution.
- Act as a liaison between the client and various teams for decision-making.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with Customer SLAs and KPIs , implementing proactive issue resolution strategies.
- Prepare and present status reports to the client and TCS management.
