Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced IT Risk Analyst to support Global Technology (GT), Operational Technology (OT), and Third Party Risk (TPR) programs . The role involves identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to plant-specific technology, third-party technology, and service providers . The analyst will also conduct risk assessments, track security control gaps, and support ongoing compliance efforts .
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in identifying and mitigating risks associated with GT, OT, and TPR programs.
Lead and manage risk assessments and remediation efforts , tracking security control gaps and reporting progress.
Conduct onboarding and due diligence assessments for third-party vendors.
Analyze risk and control data , provide recommendations, and create reports for management decision-making.
Collaborate with GT, OT, and business teams to evaluate financial, operational, governance, and process-related risks.
Maintain a holistic risk management approach , integrating IT Risk, Third Party Risk, and OT Risk .
Essential Skills : Technical Skills :
Strong knowledge of IT risk management, cybersecurity, and third-party risk frameworks .
Experience in risk assessments, security controls gap analysis, and remediation tracking .
Familiarity with ISO, NIST, and other cybersecurity frameworks .
Strong understanding of Operational Technology (OT) and Third Party Risk (TPR) .
Ability to develop metrics and risk reports for senior management.
Non-Technical Skills :
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills .
Ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments with attention to detail.
Experience in multi-vendor environments .
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work both independently and as part of a team .
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills .
Desirable Skills :
Experience in IT risk assessments and audits .
In-depth understanding of ISO / NIST control frameworks .
