Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Application Server Administrator to manage and support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) in cloud environments. The role involves overseeing installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle ERP application servers to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer and support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) application servers in cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Install, configure, and manage Oracle EBS application servers, including web servers, forms servers, and concurrent processing servers.
- Perform patching, upgrades, and routine maintenance of Oracle ERP environments, ensuring adherence to cloud provider guidelines.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to application performance, server outages, and user access.
- Collaborate with database administrators, cloud engineers, and business teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
- Monitor and optimize application server performance, including load balancing, session management, and memory utilization.
- Implement and enforce security policies, including user roles, access controls, and data protection measures.
- Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, disaster recovery plans, and operational procedures.
- Provide on-call support for critical issues and ensure timely resolution of incidents affecting Oracle ERP services.
- Work with cloud service providers to manage backups, disaster recovery strategies, and optimize cloud resources.
