Role Description

The Senior Quality Analyst will focus on understanding business requirements, collaborating with teams to ensure quality deliverables, and performing comprehensive testing across desktop and mobile platforms. This role involves creating, reviewing, and executing test cases, logging and verifying defects, and contributing to automation frameworks. The candidate will also participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, and defect triages while driving the performance testing process and mentoring QA teams on best practices.

• Write and execute test cases on desktop and mobile platforms across multiple browsers.
• Log and verify defects, ensuring comprehensive defect management.
• Develop and expand automation frameworks and write scripts for tools like Protractor.
• Conduct stress and load tests, identifying performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with architects and development teams to enhance performance testing processes.
