Role Name : Technical Lead - Model N CORE Systems

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to manage and deliver Model N CORE system projects focused on pricing, quoting, and contracting processes. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, analyzing business processes, optimizing system performance, and ensuring seamless SaaS implementations. The ideal candidate will provide advanced expertise in Model N Pharma products and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Leadership : Lead projects involving the implementation and migration of the Model N CORE system.
• Business Process Analysis : Analyze, design, test, and configure business processes related to supply chain, order-to-cash, and master data management (MDM).
• System Optimization : Optimize batch performance and reduce manual activities by recommending automation solutions.
• Team Collaboration & Training : Guide and train team members to support Model N CORE and GP applications.
• Subject Matter Expertise : Serve as an SME in Model N modules, including Pricing, Government Pricing (GP), and compliance.
• UI & Integration Knowledge : Provide insights on application interfaces such as Customer, Sales, Pricing, Regulatory Compliance, and Model N contract implementation.
• SaaS Platform Implementation : Lead CORE SaaS implementations with awareness of Golden Gate technology.
• Incident Management : Work on performance enhancements and reduction of incidents through automation approaches.
• Reporting & Tools : Utilize tools such as IBM Cognos or Tableau for reporting and ensure effective batch job scheduling through Control-M.
