Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in Java technologies to guide the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern technology stacks and experience in managing technical teams and complex projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, debugging, and documentation of applications using Java technologies (J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring MVC, Streams, and APIs).
- Build and optimize microservices that connect to relational, NoSQL, and graph databases.
- Lead proof-of-concept work to modernize real-time ingestion stacks.
- Develop software components integrated with workflow engines and / or ESB to execute asynchronous business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define specifications and project timelines.
- Perform code reviews to maintain high-quality and consistent coding practices.
- Troubleshoot system / process issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to IT, business standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with IT Managers and Architects to align and drive product / service delivery.
- Available for moderate overnight local travel (35%) and flexible hours for emergency response.
