Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the migration of on-premises applications to Microsoft Azure. The TPM will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and Azure architects, ensuring a seamless and efficient transition while meeting business objectives and timelines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Cloud Migration Leadership : Develop and manage the roadmap for on-premises application migration to Azure, translating business goals into actionable technical deliverables.
- Backlog Management : Define, prioritize, and manage the migration team's product backlog while adhering to Azure best practices.
- Stakeholder Coordination : Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, technical teams, and Azure architects to communicate requirements and timelines.
- Agile Facilitation : Participate in Agile ceremonies, tracking progress, and resolving blockers to ensure project efficiency.
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation : Document detailed functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Risk Mitigation : Identify potential risks, propose solutions, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.
- Quality Assurance : Oversee comprehensive testing and validation to meet security, performance, and compliance standards.
- Cost Management : Collaborate with finance and cloud engineers to optimize cloud costs while maintaining budget compliance.
- Continuous Improvement : Drive process optimization throughout the migration effort.
