QA Specialist

• Position: QA Specialist
• Location: Tallahassee, FL (On-site)
• Compensation: Up to $100,000/yr W2
• Note: We are unable to sponsor visas for this role.

Position Summary:

• TekBank is seeking a QA Specialist with a strong background in automation, and API testing to advance our quality assurance efforts. This role requires a person who can manage automation, and defect management.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium for web application testing.
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools.
• Conduct robust API testing using Postman to validate functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Perform performance testing using JMeter to simulate load, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations.
• Write and maintain data-driven test scripts and validate backend data processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Web Automation with CI/CD integration: min 5 yrs experience in Selenium Jenkins
• Min 3 yrs experience in One scripting language: preferably python
• Performance testing - min 3yrs experience in Jmeter
• API Testing- min 3yrs experience in Postma
• Data testing & scripting: min 3yrs experience
• Expertise in requirement and design analysis and test case writing
• Expertise in defect management ( defect logging, triage and reporting)

Education:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
