Role: Project Manager with recent Capital Markets & PMO experience
Location: Hybrid/Jersey City 3 days a week (only locals to NY/NJ)
*** We need: A very senior Project Manager with Capital markets experience to work on our W2 for a Long term Project in Jersey City. Candidates must have extensive experience supporting Capital Markets projects and have an excellent understanding of THE PMO & Capital Markets. Main goal is to support a major global activity migration with strong operational complexity with Front Office, Trade Support, PnL, Finance and Technology teams

Responsibilities:
- Main goal is to support a major global activity migration with strong operational complexity with Front Office, Trade Support, PnL, Finance and Technology teams
- Requirements gathering and Requirements documentation updates
- Lead UAT phase:
- Writing test cases
- Running the UAT sessions with IT and Operations partners
- Tracking & Publishing UAT progress
- Development of the detailed project plan and tracking the progress
- Budget tracking
- Tracking/monitoring progress of blocking conditions prior to GO Live.
- Lead meetings with business and IT partners to gather high-level business requirements.
- Prepare slides and distribute minutes for the Steering Committee and Operating Committee meetings
- Coordinate the rollout into production
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of the trade lifecycle from execution to settlement in the following areas:
- Equity Derivatives
- Securities Lending
- Fixed Income
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency for detailed documentation.
- Identify and assist in resolution of risks and issues that will adversely affect planned project milestones.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency for detailed documentation.
- Experience with JIRA/Confluence/Wiki
