Description
Seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join the Estate Planning Practice Group in our Dallas office.
About the Role:
Estate Planning attorneys provide a full range of sophisticated estate planning, trust
administration, and wealth management services to individuals, businesses, and charitable
organizations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualified candidates must have experience in:
Estate plan drafting, estate and trust administration, estate and gift tax planning, and business
succession planning.
Drafting complex estate plans and business succession planning documents for high-net-worth
individuals.
Drafting charitable giving documents.
Counseling clients on income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping tax planning.
Assisting with probate proceedings for both taxable and non-taxable estates.
Preparing Federal gift and estate tax returns.
Tax-exempt organization planning.

Timely admission to the Texas Bar is a condition of employment.

Pay: $69,800.00 - $150,000.00 per year
