We are currently recruiting a full-time Associate Project Manager/ Service Delivery Specialist to be based in the Miami Florida area This is a hybrid contract role working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
In this position you will manage customer service orders for Fiber Solutions (Dedicated Internet, EVPL, Dark Fiber, Data Center/Collocation, etc.) from order acceptance to billing, ensuring high customer satisfaction within established timelines and workflows.
You’ll be involved in screening, managing, and overseeing customer service orders from order acceptance to billing, aligned to the established standard process timeframes and workflows.

You’ll be involved in screening, managing, and overseeing customer service orders from order acceptance to billing, aligned to the established standard process timeframes and workflows.
In this role you’ll:
- Oversee fiber solutions orders and coordinate cross-functional teams (Construction, Permitting, Field Ops, Network Engineering) to manage timelines, budgets, and quality.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and customer escalations to improve Net Promoter Scores.
- Maintain internal systems for project forecasting, data integrity, and compliance.
- Handle projects with CAPEX up to $125K and submit budget revisions per internal guidelines.
- Evaluate project milestones to identify risks and ensure accurate deployment.
What will catch our eye:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1–3 years in a customer-facing role with foundational telecommunications knowledge.
- Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking, customer service, communication, project/time management, and accounting skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
