We are seeking a Network Operations Specialist to support and drive the effective execution of projects and operational tasks across our district or region. In this role, you will assist—and in some cases lead—project teams, manage deliverables, track budgets and schedules, and ensure high-quality performance across multiple cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
High school diploma or equivalent (required). Two-year technical degree (preferred). Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience customer-facing project coordination experience (preferred). Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), strong organizational and administrative skills the ability to manage multiple data streams and multitask in a fast-paced environment, strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
- Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance and identify areas for process improvement.
- Support and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring accuracy in task tracking and deliverable reporting.
- Manage small-scale projects from start to finish, maintaining adherence to budget and timelines.
- Develop, update, and manage detailed project plans and coordinate successful project close-outs.
- Provide comprehensive job status updates during project meetings and proactively address issues.
- Escalate project challenges impacting timelines or budgets to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ensure all required project documentation is obtained and properly maintained.
- Manage third-party vendors as applicable.
- Collaborate with internal teams and lead internal and external deployment meetings
