Must-Have Skills:
• Experience: 5 years in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. CI/CD
• Tools: Proficiency in Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools.
• Infrastructure as Code: Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Containers & Orchestration: Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitoring & Logging: Familiarity with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or New Relic.
• Security & Compliance: Understanding of DevSecOps principles, IAM, and cloud security best practices.
• Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in Python, Bash, or other scripting languages.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
• Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in AWS (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer), Azure, or Kubernetes (CKA, CKAD).
• Experience with serverless technologies and microservices architecture.
• Background in software development or system administration.
