Seeking a Skilled and Dedicated Sterile Processing Consultant.
Job Summary :
Tekgo, a leading healthcare staffing solutions provider, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Consultant to provide support through subject matter consulting.
Responsibilities :
Principal Consultants are required to collaborate and integrate ideas across all Tekgo business units.
1. Management of daily clinical operations and business operations of sterile processing
2. Work collaboratively with key business unit leaders to setup and maintain operational tools related to Customer contract / account type obligations, expectations, and company standards during “onboarding” and implementation phases.
3. Assists in the Management of all controlled IPS document nomenclatures, storage location, and visibility to the appropriate business users in accordance with Customer contract deliverables and established account standards.
4. Hold or attend required calls with key business unit leaders to collaboratively monitor adoption and / or compliance to new and existing company Standard processes and tools.
5. Assists in the Management of access to legal agreements and other business-critical documents that require limited permissions based on leadership level and business need.
6. Performs quality reviews and ensures relevant records are kept and maintained in compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements
7. Addresses issues, problems, and concerns with any of the operations associated within the assigned location(s)
8. Assists in Providing support, collaboration, content and / or personal particulation in business unit presentations.
9. Performs new hire on-boarding and orientation to the location(s) assigned
10. Performs competency assessment and sign-off as applicable according to internal and external regulatory standards and processes
11. Provides and / or schedules education and training to the team members assigned to the site to ensure continuing education and knowledge base of SPD is current
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 7 -10 years sterile processing experience with 6-8 years experience with emphasis on leadership, education, operations and / or continuous improvement, and a minimum of 3 years customer service experience
- Demonstrated problem-solving, negotiation, analytical and project management skills
- High degree of technical aptitude with significant multi-tasking capability
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and interpersonal skills, with track record of successfully motivating cross functional teams
- Excellent oral, written and presentation communications skills
- Competency in Microsoft Suite including : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
