- Assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and final products according to blueprints, schematics, and engineering specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate assembly.
- Inspect and test assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and functionality requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve assembly issues and improve production efficiency.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and instructions.
- Perform routine maintenance on assembly equipment and machinery.
- Ensure the work area is organized, clean, and follows safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues during assembly and provide solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of assembly work and materials used.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training in mechanical assembly preferred.
- Proven experience in mechanical assembly or a similar role.
