What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Technician - Frozen Foods position at Tekgroup?
- Conduct quality analysis and grading of frozen potato products using standardized protocols.
- Procure product samples from retail stores or through internal sample request system.
- Execute required testing procedures, collect and document data, and present findings clearly and accurately.
- Assist with general lab tasks such as ingredient weighing, sample preparation, and basic laboratory procedures.
- Maintain organized records of testing and ensure quality standards are met consistently.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow standardized testing procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to self-manage, stay on task, and work independently.
- Effective communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating with the team.
- Previous experience in a lab or food quality setting is a plus.
