Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze complex business requirements and rules.
- Utilize Postman for API testing.
- Query MongoDB databases to extract and analyze data.
- Create detailed mockups and wireframes to communicate design concepts.
- Test complex workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Review and execute automation tests, collaborating with QA engineers to ensure quality.
- Develop clear, detailed, and precise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Ask questions and seek clarifications to fully understand complex business rules and processes.
- Monitor and analyze system performance by reading logs using tools such as Mezmo, Dynatrace, ADO, and Lens.
- Multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business System Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency with Postman and MongoDB.
- Experience in creating mockups and testing complex workflows.
- Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks, with the ability to review and execute tests.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write detailed user stories and documentation.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects.
- Experience with system monitoring tools such as Mezmo, Dynatrace, ADO, and Lens.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand, ask questions, clarify, and document complex business rules.
- Experience in the airline industry.
