Reporting directly to the L&D Leader and L&D Managers/Senior Managers, the L&D Senior Associate will work on the national implementation and delivery of training programs across USA. This will be accomplished with support from the Learning and Development Shared Service Center, Meeting and Event Services, the Operations teams as well as liaising with colleagues in Resource Management, Recruiting and Human Resources. The L&D Digital and Operations Senior Associate will collaborate closely with national and local L&D members and will require a desire to become knowledgeable about the full range of programs at UST Global. The role will also support the production of reports and implementation of new systems and process enhancements. The opportunity for development and professional growth is high within this team as responsibilities cover a range of projects, programs and stakeholders
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
