Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Data Engineering – Technical Scrum Master to facilitate Agile processes for multiple teams. The role requires expertise in Jira administration and Agile frameworks, ensuring team efficiency, removing roadblocks, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
- Collaborate with Product Owners for backlog readiness and prioritization.
- Utilize Jira at an expert/admin level (workflow configuration, JQL, advanced reporting, dashboard creation).
- Work with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, stakeholders) to ensure seamless sprint execution.
- Promote Agile adoption and drive continuous improvement across teams.
- Identify and resolve impediments affecting the team’s progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technology-driven environment.
- Expert-level Jira skills (JQL, workflow configuration, advanced reporting).
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS frameworks.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience coaching teams on Agile best practices.
- Hybrid work experience, with the ability to work onsite 3 days a week.
- Agile certifications (SAFe, PSM, CSM) are a plus.
