Job Description

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist in facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Help track and update project progress using Agile tools.
- Support team communication and remove obstacles.
- Document meeting outcomes and maintain project documentation.
- Learn Agile/Scrum methodologies hands-on.
- Environments vary by internship function from office to field to plant.
- Our aim is to provide tangible industry job experience to each intern.
Education/Experience/Background:
- High School Diploma/GED is required.
- Working towards a four-year degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related major.
- 3.2 Cumulative G.P.A required.
- Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic project management tools (Jira, Trello)
- Problem-solving abilities
- Organization and time management skills
- MS Office proficiency
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, listening, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships.
