Job SummaryThe Scrum Master is accountable for the adoption of Scrum methodology throughout SHI’s Information Technology department. The Scrum Master will be responsible for coordinating the work of project teams to produce and enhance applications and services. The Scrum Master will also work collaboratively with the Agile Coach in guiding software development in a new way.This position will be responsible for multiple Scrum teams, helping them mature their practices and identify and resolve impediments delaying progress or distracting them from achieving optimal performance. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
