• Need Local to NY or NY with same state ID Only.
• Candidates must be onsite day one and go into the office FOUR times a week.
• Need 13 Years or more exp.

Job Overview:

• We need A Senior .Net Developer (13 Years) with at least three years working as a Lead Developer in Capital Markets.
• Candidates must have recent Capital Markets/Trading experience and have lead teams in Capital Markets trading development.
• CANDIDATES NEED TO BE VERY HANDS ON AND ABLE TO DO CODE REVIEW FOR OTHER DEVELOPERS ON THE TEAM.
• CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS AS THEY WILL BE FACING THE BUSINESS.
• MUST HAVE RECENT CAPITAL MARKETS EXPERIENCE.

Responsibilities :

• Lead a segment of the Application Development Group, developing and delivering solutions for stakeholders across the Firm.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders in the Front Office.
• Collaborate with other members of the team to create solutions for the needs of the Firm.
• Design, develop, and maintain secure, reliable and robust applications to support OHA’s business activities.
• Participate in firmwide technology architecture initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Learn and adapt to changes in requirements from the business.
• In-Office Requirement: Employees are required to follow the in-office work schedule.
• Currently, managers in the IT Department in New York follow a hybrid model where employees work in-office Monday through Thursday.
• Employees have the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays. This schedule is subject to change based on organizational needs and policies.
• Must be available to work after hours, when necessary, which could include nights and/or weekends.
