- Candidates must be onsite day one and go into the office FOUR times a week.
- Need 13 Years or more exp.
Job Overview:
- We need A Senior .Net Developer (13 Years) with at least three years working as a Lead Developer in Capital Markets.
- Candidates must have recent Capital Markets/Trading experience and have lead teams in Capital Markets trading development.
- CANDIDATES NEED TO BE VERY HANDS ON AND ABLE TO DO CODE REVIEW FOR OTHER DEVELOPERS ON THE TEAM.
- CANDIDATES MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS AS THEY WILL BE FACING THE BUSINESS.
- MUST HAVE RECENT CAPITAL MARKETS EXPERIENCE.
Responsibilities :
- Lead a segment of the Application Development Group, developing and delivering solutions for stakeholders across the Firm.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders in the Front Office.
- Collaborate with other members of the team to create solutions for the needs of the Firm.
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, reliable and robust applications to support OHA’s business activities.
- Participate in firmwide technology architecture initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Learn and adapt to changes in requirements from the business.
- In-Office Requirement: Employees are required to follow the in-office work schedule.
- Currently, managers in the IT Department in New York follow a hybrid model where employees work in-office Monday through Thursday.
- Employees have the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays. This schedule is subject to change based on organizational needs and policies.
- Must be available to work after hours, when necessary, which could include nights and/or weekends.
