Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Fine-tune LLM parameters to improve performance across specific domains.
- Perform prompt engineering to guide model behavior and output.
- Evaluate model outputs and implement improvements based on LLM output and performance.
- Required Skills:
- Strong experience with large language models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face Transformers).
- Hands-on development of RAG pipelines using vector databases and embedding models.
- Experience with prompt engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and relevant ML/AI frameworks.
- Familiarity with fine-tuning LLMs and managing model parameters for performance optimization.
