Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of construction sites.
- Ensure all on-site parties comply with safety standards and regulations.
- Ensure subcontractors adhere to project timelines.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Construction Site Management, Construction Safety, and Project Management.
- Proven organizational skills to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills.
- OSHA-30 certification is required, additional certifications in construction safety or project management are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to manage and resolve issues that arise during the construction process.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with construction software tools (e.g., Procore, Contractor Foreman, Buildertrend).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time, on-site position.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Availability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends if needed to meet project deadlines.
