Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Design creative outdoor spaces that align with client goals, budgets, and aesthetics.
Develop design packages to illustrate visions to clients.
Estimate projects and create client proposals.
Transition projects seamlessly from design and sales to construction.
Oversee construction in the field to ensure the final installation matches the design intent.
Support the sales team and division managers with graphics, production, and coordination.

Strong graphic skills (hand-drawn and digital) to convey designs and direct installation crews.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clients and team collaboration.
Proven ability to meet sales goals with a client-focused approach.
Field skills to assess site conditions, develop base plans, and oversee construction layouts.
A creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional quality.
Collaborative spirit to work toward company-wide goals.

Qualifications
Degree in landscape architecture or design with 5 years of industry experience, preferably in a design-build environment.
3 years of sales experience, including CRM and estimating software proficiency (LMN experience a plus).
Proficiency in CAD or landscape design software (AutoCAD preferred), with strong graphic skills (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
Experience with planting, hardscape, irrigation, and lighting design and estimating.
Knowledge of local regulations and environmental permitting (preferred).
Valid Driver’s License.
