What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field HEPA Certification Manager position at TekOne IT Services Pvt. Ltd.?
- Manage and schedule on-site certification of cleanrooms, including HEPA integrity testing and airborne particulate testing according to ISO 14644 and other standards.
- Oversee the certification of biological safety cabinets (BSC) and clean air devices in accordance with NSF and IEST standards.
- Perform certification of fume hoods and make necessary adjustments and repairs to cleanroom and hood systems.
- Implement corrective procedures for deficiencies in cleanrooms and hoods, following client-approved protocols.
- Ensure adherence to VaLogic and client SOPs and protocols.
- Generate clear, detailed documentation of test results.
- Support VaLogic validation services, applying knowledge of HVAC components and control systems.
- Recruit and retain departmental staff; develop and facilitate training programs for the team.
- Travel to client sites and build relationships to support their maintenance programs.
Education and Experience:
- 8-12 years of experience in HVAC and Cleanroom HEPA certification, especially within the Life Science industry.
- NSF/CETA or NEBB certification (within the last 3 years) preferred.
- 3-5 years of managerial experience preferred.
- In-depth understanding of contamination control principles, cleanroom operation, and clean air devices.
- Technical aptitude with a working knowledge of testing instruments and their application.
- Strong leadership and management skills to effectively guide a team.
- Excellent attention to detail for HEPA filter testing accuracy and precision.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Problem-solving abilities to address issues affecting test results and processes.b
