Technical Support Specialist III to join the Transfusion Medicine Division. The position focuses on engineering evaluation, reliability testing, and problem identification to enhance transfusion technologies. The ideal candidate will integrate multidisciplinary knowledge and collaborate with diverse teams to drive innovation and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform engineering evaluations for project goals.
• Identify causes of instrument or subassembly issues.
• Conduct reliability testing to ensure system performance.
• Develop methods to measure system effectiveness.
• Anticipate data needs for troubleshooting and future improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, software, and systems integration teams.
• Propose innovative solutions to improve existing processes.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in multidisciplinary roles.
• Skills:
• Good lab practices.
• Proficient in PC software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Programming experience is a plus.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Creative and innovative problem-solving mindset.
