Summary

This role involves troubleshooting issues related to various system components and interacting with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the systems meet requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to identify and troubleshoot issues with the current system designs to meet performance requirements.
- Work with various system components, including software, electrical, mechanical, fluidic, optical, vacuum, and consumables, to diagnose and resolve problems.
- Use the diagnostic systems as an end-user would or develop scripts to test specific subsystems.
- Investigate and analyze issues as they arise and provide detailed information to subject matter experts for resolution.
- Relay appropriate findings and work with experts to identify and implement solutions.
- Participate in the testing and evaluation of new diagnostic systems, providing feedback and recommendations for improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Optical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Approximately 3 years of relevant experience in a technical support or engineering role (less experience is acceptable for highly qualified candidates).
- Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing complex systems involving multiple disciplines.
- Ability to diagnose and analyze complex system issues effectively.
- Strong team-oriented approach to working with various departments and experts.
- Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with system components and interactions.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and think proactively about system improvements.
