Join our team as a Manufacturing Engineer, where you will play a critical role in optimizing production processes for automotive components and systems. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency, implement cost-saving initiatives, and uphold quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for automotive parts and systems.
• Collaborate with design and production teams on new vehicle projects, ensuring manufacturability and quality.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related issues.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and process flow diagrams.
• Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and regulations, such as IATF 16949.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and suggest innovations to enhance production workflows.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes and tools.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process validation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
