- Manage adverse events and complaints for a complex heart pump product.
- Review, classify, and report medically related complaints.
- Complete FDA MDR and other regulatory reports.
- Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and time management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a computer-based role.
- Experience in post-market surveillance.
