The role involves conducting patient assessments, designing personalized treatment plans, and providing ongoing support to clients and their families. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based interventions and ensure optimal client outcomes.
Key Requirements
- Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCaBA, or eligibility to test for certification.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in behavioral health, particularly with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorders.
- Skills: Strong understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health, proficiency in patient assessment, and exceptional data collection abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate behavioral needs and create individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation and records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to effectively implement behavior intervention strategies.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
