- Keep the facility running smoothly, maintaining all machinery.
- Implement preventive maintenance protocols on company assets.
- Quick repair of issues involving hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components.
- Engage in regular upkeep around the premises.
- Manage plumbing repairs to maintain system integrity and functionality.
- Handle electrical tasks up to 480 volts.
- Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and HMI systems.
- Carry out hazard communication evaluations, ensuring a safe environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in maintenance areas.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Minimum of high school diploma, GED, or related qualifications and practical know-how.
- 1-5 years in machinery maintenance, especially within the food sector.
- Knowledge in general maintenance operations and best practices.
- Adherence to safety rules via annual training seminars.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a cohesive unit.
- Troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
- Skills in Fixing and Managing Equipment
- Ability to Perform Electrical Maintenance
- Experience in the Food and Beverage Sector
- Knowledge of Variable Frequency Drive Systems
- Experience Using PLCs by manufacturers like Fanuc, Allen Bradley, and Siemens
- Familiarity with Conveyor and Servo Motor Systems
