The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PPAPs (Production Part Approval Process), FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning). This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and customers, to drive continuous improvement and maintain product quality.
- Lead and manage PPAP submissions, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, review, and maintain FMEAs, identifying and mitigating potential failure modes effectively.
- Implement and oversee APQP activities to ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software is also essential.
