Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist capable of setting up and operating Mori Seiki or Doosan lathes independently. This is a full-time, direct-hire position offering a stable and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Independently set up and operate Mori Seiki or Doosan CNC lathes.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure precision machining of components.
- Perform machine adjustments and troubleshoot as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, and gauges).
- Maintain machine maintenance and cleanliness for optimal operation.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production schedules and quality standards.
