As an Executive Recruiter at TekPro, you will work with clients to place managerial, director, VP, and C-Suite talent within the manufacturing and construction industries.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment :
- Source, screen, and engage with high-caliber candidates at the manager, director, VP, and C-Suite levels.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements and organizational culture.
- Manage candidate presentations, client interviews, and offer negotiations.
