Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Generate new business opportunities with small to enterprise-level companies needing technical staff augmentation and outsourcing.
Execute a consultative sales process, leveraging the PTCA (Prospect, Target, Customer, Account) methodology to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Client Engagement
Host and attend client lunches, dinners, happy hours, and networking events to build and strengthen relationships.
Represent TekRecruiter at industry events and trade shows to network with key decision-makers and promote our services.
Sales Outreach
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to schedule meetings and introduce TekRecruiter's offerings.
Actively engage with tech leaders on LinkedIn, building relationships and uncovering new opportunities.
Relationship Building and Account Expansion
Build trust and rapport with clients, turning initial engagements into long-term accounts.
Identify opportunities to expand TekRecruiter's presence within client organizations by offering additional services.
Learning and Growth
Participate in comprehensive training to understand the tech industry, engineering, and cloud services.
Continuously learn and apply knowledge about TekRecruiter's sales process and the latest industry trends.
Requirements
Experience : At least 2-3 years of prior B2B sales experience in a professional setting. Experience in staffing, recruiting, or technology sales is a plus.
Client Engagement : Demonstrated ability to host and manage client-facing events such as lunches, dinners, and happy hours.
Networking Skills : Strong aptitude for building relationships and engaging with decision-makers, especially in a professional context.
Passion for Technology : A genuine interest in technology or the willingness to learn about the tech industry, including engineering and cloud solutions.
Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
