What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Tekrek Solutions Inc?
Required:
- Four (2-4) years of college or university program certificate in Mechatronics preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Less than four (4) occurrences as of posting closing date.
- Must not have any active Corrective Actions beyond Verbal Warning as of posting closing date.
- Must be able to work overtime when necessary.
- A working knowledge of JIT processes and JTDS is essential.
- Some lifting of heavy objects is required (up to 30 lbs).
- Line and shift assignment is at the discretion of the Department Manager
- Performs basic PLC troubleshooting on automated systems, using ladder logic and relay logic,
- minus any editing of logic.
- Can understand and troubleshoot automation devices such as RFID, I/O modules, pneumatic valves, various sensors, VFD’s, etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $25.54 - $30.00 per hour
