Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Management Lead(PMO) who excels in stakeholder management. This role will involve overseeing project management practices across the organization, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. You will be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders, driving communication, and ensuring that their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management Oversight: Oversee the execution of multiple projects across various departments, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals and adhere to timelines and budgets.
Stakeholder Management: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Ensure their expectations are understood and met, and facilitate regular communication to keep them informed of project progress and risks.
Governance & Compliance: Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks. Ensure all projects comply with these standards and that risks are effectively managed.
Reporting & Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, and reports. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
Resource Management: Coordinate resources across projects to optimize their utilization. Work with department heads to resolve resource conflicts and ensure that project teams have the necessary skills and capacity.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle. Develop mitigation strategies and ensure they are effectively communicated and managed.
Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve project management practices and processes. Implement tools and techniques that enhance project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

- Required Skills & Qualifications:
8 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a PMO role.
Proven experience in stakeholder management, including the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and navigate organizational challenges.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar.
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is highly desirable.
Experience in change management and organizational transformation projects is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a large, matrixed organization or in a consulting environment.
Familiarity with financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Experience in managing programs or portfolios is an advantage.
