Manufacturing company is seeking a multi axis cnc programmer/machinist for full time position machining high precision injection mold components. Experience required.
Job Duties, Responsibilities:
- Develop a manufacturing process A to Z.
- Set up CNC VMCs
- Develop cutter paths with CAM.
- Load, run and optimize NC programs.
- Part inspection
- Machine Maintenance
- Maintain ISO documentation
- Must make due dates
Skills
- Algebra
- Trigonometry
- Geometry
- Measuring Instruments, micrometers, gauge blocks, test indicators
- G & M Code
- Machining steel
- Knowledge of cutting tools, specialty carbide & CNC tool holders
- CAD/CAM
