Field Supervisor

📌 Position: Construction Field Supervisor

📍 Location: Bowling Green, KY

📅 Full-Time

🔹 Responsibilities:

✅ Plan and manage field projects for utility and site construction

✅ Serve as the on-site point of contact for managers, owners, and inspectors

✅ Lead a crew of 4-5 workers, ensuring productivity and safety

✅ Ensure all work meets specified quality and safety requirements

✅ Monitor budgets and manage resources efficiently

🔹 Qualifications:

✔ Strong knowledge of underground utility systems and excavations

✔ Experience operating and managing heavy equipment

✔ Familiarity with OSHA safety requirements

✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
