Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney to join our law firm. In this role, you will provide high-quality legal representation, conduct in-depth legal research, draft and argue motions, and manage client communications. Ideal candidates have experience with motions for summary judgment in Labor Law sections 200, 240, and 241(6) and are comfortable with all phases of litigation. Spanish language skills are a plus to better serve our largely Hispanic clientele. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with clients, administrative staff, fellow attorneys, and the senior partner to deliver outstanding legal services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage cases from initial investigation through trial, ensuring each step is handled meticulously
- Conduct legal research, prepare motions, and advocate for clients in court
- Advise clients on all aspects of labor law, premises liability, and motor vehicle accident claims
- Represent clients in negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes
- Maintain organized, accurate client records and case files
- Oversee and mentor paralegals and administrative staff
