JOB SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring efficient coordination of subcontractors, maintaining high standards of quality, and prioritizing safety on the job site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively coordinate and schedule subcontractors, ensuring timely execution of tasks and completion of milestones.
• Monitor and enforce strict quality control measures on the construction site to meet or exceed project specifications.
• Review and interpret commercial plans and specifications to ensure accurate implementation of project design and requirements.
• Prioritize and enforce safety protocols on the job site, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Supervise and lead construction teams, including subcontractors and other site personnel, to maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress, manage resources, and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain daily logs, report progress to project management, and document any incidents, delays, or changes.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent with a proven track record of managing large commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, including scheduling, cost control, and quality management. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications.
• Solid understanding of safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple subcontractors and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address challenges proactively.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
