Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively coordinate and schedule subcontractors, ensuring timely execution of tasks and completion of milestones.
- Monitor and enforce strict quality control measures on the construction site to meet or exceed project specifications.
- Review and interpret commercial plans and specifications to ensure accurate implementation of project design and requirements.
- Prioritize and enforce safety protocols on the job site, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Supervise and lead construction teams, including subcontractors and other site personnel, to maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress, manage resources, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain daily logs, report progress to project management, and document any incidents, delays, or changes.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent with a proven track record of managing large commercial projects.
